In Norfolk, eligible families must have a NEO code to claim up to 15 hours of funded childcare (570 hours max) for their child(ren) aged 2.  These families will also be receiving additional support (FRAS).

[IMPORTANT] A funded place is available the claim period following the eligible child's second birthday.  The NEO code remains valid until the child is eligible for a 3- and 4-year-old funded place.

Families must have a valid HMRC code in place BEFORE the start of a claim period to access the Working Parent Entitlement.
