From January 2026, the census and data collection for Early Years has changed. In line with the statutory requirements the collection of data will be termly. All providers that have signed a Funding Agreement must complete Part 1 of the requirements if applicable and all of Part 2.

A bespoke email will be sent to each provider termly. This email message will provide the guidance available to complete each task, together with specific instruction in relation to funding actuals. This aims to minimise the administration burden to all.
